Russell Taylor

Senior Pastor


Russell grew up in central Florida, attending Central Florida Community College (now College of Central Florida) before entering the United States Air Force and being stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida where he met his adorable wife Christina. Shortly after entering the Air Force he surrendered his life to Christ and subsequently to pastoral ministry. Since leaving the Air Force in 1995, Russell has served in ministry as a youth pastor, associate pastor, church planter, and senior pastor. His experience in multiple contexts of ministry has uniquely prepared him to serve Harvest Gainesville. Russell enjoys reading, writing, hunting, fishing, and camping with family and friends. Russell and Christina have three grown children, Benjamin, Nathan, and Ashlynn.

Jack Neale



Jack graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. After college, he served 5 years as an officer in the United States Navy aboard a nuclear powered submarine. He is currently a professional engineer and has been working for Affiliated Engineers in Gainesville for over 20 years. Jack, and his wife Kelly, have raised 4 children who are all now young adults. Jack has served in the Harvest Gainesville church in many areas, and is currently an elder and leader of the assimilation ministry.

Cliff Braddock



Cliff was born and raised in McIntosh, FL. After struggling with drugs and alcohol, Cliff came to Christ at the age of 32 and has been serving Christ in the Church since then. He and his wife Melissa have been married for over twenty years and have two girls. In 1984, Cliff and his dad started a trailer manufacturing business where they make and repair boat trailers. He is also an avid hunter and fisherman.

Brandon West

Director of Music


Brandon graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Classical Studies with a focus in New Testament Greek. After teaching highschool students Latin & Greek for four years, he now owns his own web design and marketing agency. Brandon, his wife, Shelley, and their two sons reside in Northwest Gainesville. Brandon has served the local Church for eight years as a music director. His influences include Bob Kauflin (Sovereign Grace), Paul Baloche, and Andy Rozier (Harvest Bible Chapel, Elgin). Brandon states, “I want to see peoples’ lives be changed through this ministry. What an opportunity we have each week to lead God’s people, with God’s Truth, by God’s strength, to come face-to-face with God’s glory. That is our goal: lifting high the name of Jesus in worship and helping people worship the Lord with their head and their heart.”
